Personal Care Packaging System: Cotton Commodity Brand Design
A restrained personal care packaging system designed to make commodity products feel clear, premium, and durable.
The challenge was a crowded, low-differentiation aisle where cotton balls, swabs, and pads needed to feel trustworthy and premium without overpromising or becoming visually noisy.
My strategy was to use restraint as the differentiator: high contrast, clean typography, negative space, and a layout engineered to absorb heavy regulatory copy while still feeling open. The result still looks current because there was nothing trend-dependent to date it.
